Mystic Gauntlet of Yoroon Shalal

The mystic gauntlet is a silky, impossibly dark black glove for the left hand, with plated orichalcum along the back. In the centre of the back of the hand is a sapphire lens, surrounded by complex occult symbols.
The orichalcum fingers of the glove end in sharp points, it could theoretically be used in combat as a Mundane Light Weapon with the Brawl tag.
The gauntlet can be used to initiate into the Terrestrial or Celestial circles and normally requires 5 motes to attune to. However a being without an Essence pool can attune to the artifact by purchasing a 5 dot merit in order to initiate into Terrestrial Sorcery and acquire on of the gauntlet’s shaping rituals.
The gauntlet contains the formulae for several spells, an attuned wearer can meditate and allow the gauntlet to automatically write one of these spells out over the course of an hour. It knows the following Terrestrial spells: Cirrus Skiff, Corrupted Words, Demon of the First Circle, Flight of the Brilliant Raptor, Infallible Messenger, Invulnerable Skin of Bronze, Silent Words of Dreams and Nightmares, Stormwind Rider, Summon Elemental, Wood Dragon’s Claws.
It also knows the following Celestial spells: Demon of the Second Circle, Magma Kraken, Travel Without Distance.
The gauntlet can grant the following Evocations:
Spell Breaking Sigil
Cost: 5m Essence: 1
Keywords: Clash, Decisive Only
You perform the lesser sign of the Sorcerer in it’s descending form, disrupting a spell before it can strike you. This Evocation is invoked to clash a decisive attack from a spell using the wielder’s [Wits + Occult], if successful the spell has no effect on the wielder (although anyone else targeted still suffers the full effect), and the caster loses one Temporary Willpower which is gained by the gauntlet’s wielder.

The gauntlet draws and stores essence within it, will an expenditure of will it’s wielder can draw 5 sorcerous motes from the gauntlet.
Sapphire of Sorcery Storing
Cost: 1wp Essence: 2
Prerequisites: Power Released
The sorcerer can store a single spell with the lens of the gauntlet, to unleash later with a simple action. The spell must be of the Terrestrial Circle and not require a ritual to cast, it degrades over time and can only be stored for the sorcerer’s [Essence days].

Prerequisites: Sapphire of Spell Storing, Celestial Circle Sorcery
The sorcerer chooses one of their Terrestrial spells, they gain the control spell benefits of this spell.
Solar Dragon Glory
Cost: 1wp Essence: 3
Prerequisites: Sapphire of Spell Storing, Summon Elemental, Essence Font Technique
The Sorcerer imbues elementals they pull forth with Solar essence. This Evocation is used to enhance the Summon Elemental spell.
The elemental gains cosmetic changes to reflect its blended essence. As well as the following enhancements: +1 Appearance, +2 Soak/Hardness, +2 to any action pools that resonate with Solar themes.

Prerequisites: Emerald Mastery, Solar Circle Sorcery
The sorcerer chooses one of their Celestial spells, they gain the control spell benefits of this spell.
A sorcerer who has mastered the gauntlet can acquire one of the following shaping rituals.
When the sorcerer takes the first shape sorcery action to begin casting a spell and stunts it with a description of how she casts the spell through the gauntlet or draws on its power, she gains (stunt rating + 2) sorcerous motes towards completing this spell. This benefit can only be received once per scene. Stunts to enhance the sorcerer’s control spell do not count against the once per scene limit.
A sorcerer with an Essence pool may spend a scene in meditation to commit ten motes to the gauntlet Once she begins shaping a spell while wearing the gauntlet, she may draw on the power she’s invested, contributing up to (Essence + 2) sorcerous motes towards the spell until the full commitment of ten motes has been converted into ten sorcerous motes, or the spell is cast (or countered). Committed motes are converted to sorcerous motes on a one-to-one basis normally, but are converted into two sorcerous motes when casting the sorcerer’s control spell. The sorcerer must wait until she’s had a full night’s sleep before she can charge the talisman again.
